Multibond SMX50 is a high-performance, fast-curing, single-component flexible adhesive and sealant designed for internal and external use. Formulated with SMX® Polymer technology, it provides excellent UV resistance, elasticity, and durability. With a Shore A hardness of 40, SMX50 is perfect for trafficable joints and can accommodate ±20% joint movement. It forms a strong, waterproof, and flexible seal while bonding to a wide variety of substrates. Suitable for damp and wet surfaces, it can also be sanded and painted once cured.
