Multibond SMX35 is a high-performance, single-component flexible joint sealant designed for both internal and external applications. Formulated with SMX® Polymer technology, it offers excellent UV resistance, elasticity and long-term durability. With a Shore A hardness of 35 and ±20% joint movement capability, SMX35 provides a strong, waterproof and permanently flexible seal. It bonds to an extremely wide range of substrates and can be applied on damp or wet surfaces. Once cured, it is paintable and sandable for a clean finish.
