Multibond SMX25 is a premium, low-modulus, highly flexible joint sealant designed for long-lasting performance in both internal and external applications. Formulated with SMX® Polymer technology, it delivers excellent elasticity, UV resistance and adhesion to the widest range of building materials. With a Shore A hardness of 25 and movement capability of ±25%, SMX25 creates a durable, waterproof seal—ideal for high-movement joints. Can be applied on damp or wet surfaces and is paintable once cured.
