Nutech EPiC Epoxy 500 is a high-build, two-pack epoxy coating designed to provide durable, long-lasting protection for interior floors and walls. Formulated for demanding commercial and industrial environments, it offers excellent adhesion, hardness and resistance to abrasion, corrosion, oils, petrol, alkalis, acids and moisture.
Suitable for a range of properly prepared substrates, including concrete, masonry, brick, timber and primed metal, EPiC Epoxy 500 forms a hard-wearing, seamless finish that helps protect surfaces against everyday wear and chemical exposure. Its resistance to water and moisture also makes it suitable for selected interior wet-area applications.
EPiC Epoxy 500 is isocyanate-free and food-grade compliant, making it suitable for a variety of environments where durability, cleanliness and easy maintenance are important, including commercial kitchens, restaurants, hospitals, supermarkets, workshops and warehouses.
For areas requiring improved slip resistance, compatible EPiC AntiSlip Fine or Coarse aggregate can be broadcast into the first wet coat and encapsulated with a subsequent coat.

đź”®WWIS Pro Tip.
Proper surface preparation is essential for a durable epoxy finish. Ensure the substrate is sound, clean and free from oil, grease, dust and loose coatings. New concrete must cure for at least 28 days and have a pH below 10. For bare concrete and masonry, the manufacturer's TDS recommends thinning the first coat by 20–25% to improve penetration and adhesion. Allow the specified recoat window and, if more than seven days have passed, abrade the surface before recoating.
