Water-based Polyurethane Membrane.

ACTFLEX 906 WPU is a single-component, water-based polyurethane waterproofing membrane designed for areas that will be tiled or screeded. It delivers strong flexibility, excellent adhesion, and dependable performance in both indoor and outdoor applications. Low VOC, solvent-free, and compliant with Australian Standards, it’s a reliable choice for bathrooms, balconies, and general wet area protection.

NOT suitable for:
Planter boxes (use ACTFLEX 929 SPU)
Constantly submerged areas (pools, ponds)
Particleboard / yellow tongue flooring

Coverage;
8–10m² per 15L pail (approx. 0.67L per m² for a full two-coat system)
*Coverage varies based on surface condition

Recoat: 4–6 hours
*Light foot traffic: after 24 hours
Tiling / screeding: after full cure (approx. 72 hours)
Full cure: 3 days

Application;
Ensure surface is clean, dry, and structurally sound.
Prime with a suitable FORSPEC primer.
Apply two coats by brush or roller.
Allow required drying time between coats.
For external exposed areas, apply a UV topcoat (ACTFLEX ATC or ULTRA FC).
