High-Adhesion Primer for Non-Porous Surfaces

ACTFLEX 500 NP Primer is a solvent-free, high-performance primer designed to improve adhesion on smooth, dense and non-porous substrates. It creates a strong bonding surface for membranes, adhesives and mortars without the need for harsh solvents or acid etching.
Ideal for both internal and external applications, this easy-to-use primer is perfect for challenging surfaces such as metal, tiles, plastics and sealed substrates where standard primers may struggle to bond.

Coverage and Application

Coverage:
Approx. 6–10m² p/L (30-50m² p/ 5LT pail)
Coverage will vary depending on surface porosity and texture

Application:
Ensure surface is clean, dry and free of contaminants
Mechanically prepare smooth surfaces if required (light sanding)
Stir well before use
Apply evenly using a brush or roller
For absorbent substrates, dilute 1:1 with water
Allow to dry completely before applying membranes or coatings
*Touch dry: approx. 30–45 minutes
Drying times may vary depending on temperature and humidity
