Description
Elastacote Membrane is a premium, water-based 100% acrylic coating engineered for extreme weather conditions typical of Australia and New Zealand. Designed to perform in both intense heat and cold climates, Elastacote delivers long-term protection for residential and commercial surfaces year after year.
Its advanced acrylic technology allows the membrane to remain highly flexible, resisting cracking caused by thermal movement, storms, and temperature fluctuations — from harsh Australian summers to snap freezes in southern regions.
Elastacote has been tested and proven to meet AS/NZS 4858 and AS 4654 standards, ensuring reliable waterproofing performance even after extreme weather exposure. Typically used for roof restoration and protection, external wall waterproofing, commercial and industrial buildings and protecting masonry from weather, pollution and chemical attack.
