Water-based Membrane

Durotech 007FC is a Class 3, fast-curing, microfibre-reinforced waterproofing membrane designed for internal and external under-tile wet area protection. It delivers excellent flexibility and crack bridging to handle typical movement in bathrooms, laundries, balconies and decks. 007FC is water-based, low VOC and ready to use – ideal for both renovators and trade.

Typical Uses
Internal wet areas (showers, bathrooms, laundries, kitchens, toilets), balconies, decks and general areas receiving tiles. Suitable over concrete, render, FC sheeting, water-resistant plasterboard and Type A structural plywood.

Application
Prime porous + non-porous surfaces first. Apply 2 coats by brush or roller.
Recoat in approx. 2 hours @ 22°C / 50% RH.
Tile in 4–6 hours in non-critical areas.
Flood test after 24 hours.

Meets AS/NZS 4858 (Class III) under-tile wet area membrane requirements.
