Durotech Durosheet BFM (Butyl Fleece Membrane) is a high-performance waterproofing sheet membrane with a butyl rubber base and specialty fleece facing. It’s designed for fast installation with zero cure time – so tiles, screeds or approved adhesives can be installed immediately. The self-adhesive backing delivers strong instant grab, and the anti-fracture properties help manage movement and flexing in the substrate.

Use Durotech 007FC or P15 liquids + Hybrid 50FC sealant + Flashing Tape / Joint Bandages on all joints + penetrations for a complete certified system.

Ideal for: internal wet areas, balconies, decks, wet rooms, waterproofing over existing tiles and non-exposed roof areas.
