Duroseal Hybrid 25C

Duroseal 25C is a high performance, one-component hybrid polymer sealant designed for general sealing where regular movement is expected. It skins quickly, cures fast, and stays permanently flexible — ideal for busy job sites and for DIYers needing a reliable, low-VOC seal solution. Once cured, it forms a tough, smooth, paintable finish with excellent adhesion and UV resistance.

• Perimeter sealing around windows & doors

Application & Coverage:
Apply using standard caulking guns. Surfaces must be clean and dry. Duroseal 25C generally bonds without primer to most common substrates — if unsure, spot test first. Use backer rod or bond breaker tape as required to control joint depth. Paintable once fully cured.
