Duroseal 40FC (PU)

Duroseal 40FC is a high quality, single-component polyurethane sealant designed for general construction joints where flexibility and strong adhesion is required. With good UV stability, weather resistance, and a smooth finish after tooling, it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Once cured, it forms a durable, paintable seal that handles moderate movement while maintaining bond integrity.

Areas of Use:
• Perimeter sealing around windows and curtain wall frames
• Expansion joints in tilt panels and precast
• Tile joints (walls & floors)
• Metal cladding and facade junctions
• Car parks, pavements, driveways and general building seal work

Application & Coverage:
Can be applied with standard caulking guns. Ensure surfaces are clean, sound and dry. Provides reliable adhesion to most common building materials — primers typically not required, however always test where unsure. Paintable once cured.
