Water Based Primer.

Duromastic ARW is a single-component, water-based primer designed to prepare concrete, masonry, and fibrous cement surfaces for water-based membranes. It creates a sealed, pink-tinted surface that improves adhesion and ensures long-lasting performance of subsequent coatings.

Areas of Use:
• Internal wet areas – bathrooms, laundries, and kitchens
• Concrete, masonry, and fibrous cement sheeting
• Substrates requiring a primer for water-based waterproofing membranes

Application & Coverage:
Apply by brush or roller to clean, sound, and dry surfaces. Coverage rates: 6–8m²/L for smooth surfaces, 3–4m²/L for rough or porous surfaces. Touch-dry in 30 minutes at 25°C; membranes can be applied shortly after drying. Low-odour, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly. Clean tools with water before the primer dries. Do not apply above 30°C.
