Duroflex Tank

Polymer Cementitious Membrane.

Duroflex Tank is a two-component, polymer-modified cement coating designed to waterproof concrete and masonry surfaces. It creates a strong, flexible, and durable barrier against water, salts, chlorides, and carbonation, ideal for permanently wet or damp conditions.

Areas of Use:
• Internal wet areas – bathrooms, laundries, and tiled spaces
• Balconies, decks, podiums, and terrace floors
• Parapet walls, planters, and retaining walls
• Water features, swimming pools, and potable water tanks

Application & Coverage:
Mix 1 part liquid (Part B) to 2 parts powder (Part A) until lump-free. Apply by roller, brush, trowel, or spray in two coats at 1L/m² per coat (1mm wet film thickness). No priming is required on pre-dampened surfaces. Reinforce cracks and movement joints with Durotech Elastic Detailing Tape or Duroflex reinforcing fabric. Drying times: touch-dry 1–2 hours, full cure 6–8 hours; immersed areas 21 days. Tiles, renders, and solvent-free paints can be applied directly over cured membrane.
