Penapatch Panel LW is a lightweight, polymer-modified repair mortar designed for patching and repairing precast and tilt-up concrete panels. Its lightweight formulation makes it easier to handle and apply while still delivering strong adhesion and a durable finish.

Coverage
•Approx. 1.4–1.6kg per m² per mm thickness
•A 20kg bag yields approximately 13–14 litres of mortar
•Coverage will vary depending on depth and surface profile

Application
•Remove loose or damaged concrete and clean substrate thoroughly
•Prime surface if required
•Mix with clean water using a mechanical mixer
•Apply with a trowel to required thickness
•Finish surface as needed prior to set
•Cure appropriately to maximise strength and durability
