Aftek Penaflow Panel Grout

Non-Shrink Construction Grout.

RLA PENAFLOW Panel Grout is a Class A, non-shrink cementitious construction grout designed for general purpose grouting and structural applications. Made from a blend of Portland cement, graded aggregates and performance additives, it delivers controlled expansion while in a plastic state to minimise shrinkage and settlement.
Tested and compliant with AS1012 and AS1478, PENAFLOW Panel Grout is suitable for use in residential, commercial and civil projects where reliable, high-strength grouting is required. Australian made and versatile, it can be dry packed, trowelled, poured or pumped depending on the application.

Coverage
•Approx. 4 litres of clean water per 20kg bag (flowable mix)
•Coverage will vary depending on placement method and consistency
•Suitable for application depths from 20mm to 150mm in one pour

Application
•Ensure substrate is clean, sound and free from contaminants
•Pre-soak prepared areas for at least 4 hours and remove excess water before grouting
•Mix using a mechanical mixer only — do not mix by hand
•Add powder to pre-measured water and mix for 3–5 minutes until homogeneous
•Do not add extra water once mixed
•Place using dry pack, gravity flow or pump methods depending on job size
•Do not vibrate during placement
•Cure exposed grout using plastic sheeting, wet hessian or a curing compound
