RLA Patch Repair Fairing Coat Mortar is a polymer-modified, cement-based repair and skim coat designed for smoothing, patching and restoring concrete and masonry surfaces. It provides a fine, workable finish that’s ideal for repairing imperfections and creating a uniform surface prior to painting, waterproofing or coating.
Easy to apply and feather-edge capable, this fairing coat delivers a smooth, durable finish suitable for both internal and external applications.

Application
•Ensure substrate is clean, sound and free of dust, grease or loose material
•Dampen surface prior to application (SSD condition recommended)
•Mix with clean water using a mechanical mixer until smooth
•Apply with steel trowel, spatula or float
•Can be feathered to a fine edge for seamless repairs
•Suitable for vertical, horizontal and overhead surfaces
•Allow curing before applying coatings, membranes or paint
