Ad-Tex Top Notch is a water based emulsion used to delay the setting of concrete. Designed to create an exposed aggregate concrete finish; Top Notch is ready to use and easy to apply.

One even coat should be sprayed onto the surface once the bleeding of the concrete has finished but before initial set, the water based emulsion can be left on over night or up to 24 hours and does not required a high pressure washer for removal.
